day off. went to visit old town. had some tasty mexican food and a nice, hot, long shower.

tour has been nice. laid back and low key. not stressful. amazinngg. i'm only selling 3 shirts, one poster, one 8x10 and one set of EPs. amazzing.

Tour starts in 7 days

Just finished some work with Shiny Toy Guns now I gotta get moving with the BK stuff.

Kristy and I are on tour for the same time so we decided to start an exercise blog because we both want and need to exercise and get in shape this month while on tour! No matter what! Sorry, that's gonna be a secret link shared only between the two of us, but I'll keep you updated on here too with my progress!

Foodie on the road

The one thing I'm doing differently on this upcoming tour is that I will be documenting all the places I eat :) Pictures and everything. I'm really trying to stay healthy on this tour. I've lost about 8 lbs so far and I'm trying hard so that I can keep loosing. Touring and staying healthy is REALLY difficult. With the exception of drinking massive amounts of airborne, and vitamin C it is really hard to control what goes in your body, and WHEN. Every morning I try to have breakfast but with so many bagels and what not in our bus it is hard to resist and go for the healthier cereal option, especially if there's no milk! A gallon of milk+ 9 people (potentially) and a baby= 0 milk in one day. haha

Late night eating is the hardest for me! I usually don't get to eat when I'm usually hungry at 7 or so because that's usually when the doors open and I'm at work. It's hard to find time to leave my table to go make a quick sandwich or something. I used to eat after I was done working (12 or 1, or later) and that helped pack on the pounds quick! Towards the end of the last tour, it got a bit easier and I made eating during regular times a priority.

I'm a foodie at heart and I love visiting all the different local restaurants and pubs in whatever city I am in. There's no better way in exploring a city than through it's food and culture. So, I'm not going to stop eating out, but I'm going to try to make healthier choices even though healthier choices are typically more expensive. My dining experience is also going to be slightly different since I stopped eating red meat!

We'll see how it goes!

home

i'm home for awhile...i thought move in was aug.1st but it actually isn't until aug. 22nd..so that means i have some time to help my mom and shop for schtuff and organize my current schtuff..ohhh and find a second job!

i'll update soon when i'm not so ADD
